Covid Update

Operating in Red – We are open for in person or contactless purchases and consultations

Please understand we wish for everyone to feel included – However please wear a mask

Right now – March 22, we are open as normal.

• If Covid cases are high in Nelson the front door will be open and you can enter our  porch area only.
• Please be aware of others and practice social distancing
• If you have a mask exemption – we will offer you contactless service and will guide you through the process outside of Bodywise or see below.

Needing Contactless and Collection only

• You can go contactless if you wish – we take your orders from our contact page and have your products ready to collect or we courier to you.
• If there are questions re the availability of your herbs or products we will contact you via email or phone to discuss other options if your desired products are not available
• We will invoice you by email for internet banking payment or you can pay by pay wave, see below
• No Cash payments.
• You can also pay by holding your card (for a few moments) up to the window,  facing where we will place the eftpos machine on the other side of the glass. How’s that!
• We can spray your products if you wish, let us know

Bodywise Members

• If you are a member of our Bodywise club all transactions will be recorded and loyalty points will accrue as usual.

Timing for processing orders

• We will do our best to get to your order organised asap – so we advise you to think ahead.
• Product supply chains are erratic so again do not wait until the last minute to get your products. Some products are weeks and months away!
• We can courier to you with 24 hours, if there are no questions and you email a screen shot of the bank payment for your purchases after receiving your invoice
