Terms & Conditions
General instructions on how to take the supplements, liquid herbs and therapeutic skincare products,
- Always take supplements after food or as directed.
- If you experience unpleasant symptoms, stop taking the product and contact us asap.
- Liquid Herbals have a strong flavour. Please dilute and flavour to suit your taste and NEVER take straight – your mouth and taste buds will love you for it.
Refunds and Returns
- We do not refund any opened bottles unless there is a obvious medical or product issue.
- Returns as a credit are accepted with in 3 days of purchase and instore, providing the product is not damaged.
- Returns of Liquid Herbals is not accepted.
Change of health status and the health products you take
- Contact us if your medications or diagnosis change as some medications are not complimentary to herbal medicine and nutritional supplements.
